A Birthday Gift of Culinary Delights: My Appearance on Cook Eat Right


I recently had the privilege of being a guest on the renowned cooking show, Cook Eat Right, hosted by the talented Chef Redj Baron Saguin. To add to the excitement, this appearance happened to fall just one day before my birthday, making it an extraordinary and unforgettable gift.


Stepping onto the national television stage in the Philippines for the very first time was a surreal experience. The blend of nerves and anticipation, the dazzling lights, and the prospect of sharing my passion with a wider audience made this moment truly remarkable.


For those who missed the episode, I encourage you to catch Cook Eat Right every Sunday morning. There, you’ll find a treasure trove of delectable recipes and culinary inspiration. And for those who want to recreate the dishes we prepared, here are the recipes:


1. Overnight Oats:

• 1/3 cup of rolled oats

• 1/3 cup of milk (coconut, almond)

• 1/3 cup of yogurt

• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

• 1 tablespoon of honey

• 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut

• 1/2 of a large banana

• 1/2 of a mango

• 1/2 of an avocado

2. Chia Pudding:

• 1/3 cup of chia seeds

• 3/4 cup of milk

• 1/4 cup yogurt

• 1/8 cup coconut milk

• 2 tablespoons of honey


Simply mix all the ingredients and allow them to soak overnight in the refrigerator.


3. Gluten Free and Dairy Free Chocolate Cake:

• Rice Flour - 50 grams

• Corn Flour - 50 grams

• Coconut Flour - 100 grams

• Dark Cocoa Powder - 125 grams

• Baking Powder - 8 grams

• Coconut milk - 150 grams

• Fresh milk - 200 grams

• Honey - 75 grams

• Virgin Coconut Oil - 80 grams

• Vanilla Essence - 10 grams

• Egg yolks - 7 pieces (medium size)

• Egg White - 7 pieces (medium size)

• Cream of Tartar - 1/2 teaspoon

• Fine Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

• Caster Sugar - 250 grams
