Basic Donut

Donut Recipe Ingredients

100g All purpose flour

125g Bread flour

1/2 tsp fine salt

6g instant yeast

100g sugar

120g liquid milk

52g egg

*oil for frying.


Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic.

Rest covered and let it ferment until dpuble in size. Knock down and portion.

Cut or shape into doughuts. Proof until double in size.

Fry at 190C until it floats and golden in color.

Glaze or dredge with sugar. Have a tea or coffee!
